great location luggage assistance fresh towels musty smell clogged sink missing cups
The location near the QVB was excellent. Staff helped carry our luggage. I found fresh towels and toiletries daily, it pleased me. The coffee was nice.
The room smelled musty. I noticed the sink was clogged with mold. There were no cups available at the coffee station one morning.

clean room comfortable bed amazing staff safe place
i went to a concert with my son. we wanted a safe place close to the venue. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. i would definitely stay there again! the staff were AMAZING!!!

the room was recently renovated and looked beautiful. it included a comfortable bed, a good television, and a nice chair. free, secure wifi was available, as was a complimentary bottle of water.

the staff was helpful and cheerful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. they promptly sorted out a small miscommunication during check-in. i received a complimentary welcome drink at the bar upon arrival.

a downstairs bar and restaurant provided convenient meal options. a complimentary tea and coffee station on the first floor offered beverages. it made mornings so simple because i could just pop downstairs for a meal.
